WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance
Conformance target
MasterPlan Nexus aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for this public website. We use semantic HTML, skip-navigation links, visible focus states, sufficient contrast on primary text, labeled form controls, and honor prefers-reduced-motion. Interactive maps have text alternatives and load only after consent.
Some client PDF deliverables may require remediation on request. Staff-only tools (admin, CMS) follow separate accessibility practices. Independence
Conflicts protocol
Public planning and private capital work are walled. Principals take no equity in districts planned for public clients. CRE and AICP codes apply. The protocol is on the homepage and provided with proposals.
